In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the evip8 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. evip8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Residency. The evip8 platform is operated and marketed primarily for players resident in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your compliance with any laws applicable to you in your place of residence.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the evip8 platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, with the same contact details, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of evip8 or any of its affiliated game studio partners; (c) any person who has been self-excluded from the evip8 platform or any affiliated platform during an active exclusion period; (d) any person whose Account has been permanently closed by evip8 for a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money betting and gaming Services on evip8, you must complete the online registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address and mobile phone number.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify evip8 immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). evip8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence; proof of residential address; and documentary evidence of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by evip8 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You must promptly notify evip8 of any change to the information provided during registration. evip8 accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by a Player.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. evip8 reserves the right to close any Account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. evip8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfer via GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. evip8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 50.000 for bank transfer channels, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited to your Account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to your evip8 Account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to five minutes of receipt confirmation. evip8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by evip8 within one to twenty-four hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your evip8 Account. evip8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.5 Own Funds. By depositing, you confirm that the funds you deposit are your own legally obtained funds and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party. evip8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any deposit transaction it deems unusual or suspicious.

4.6 Currency. All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the evip8 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied. evip8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by evip8 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the evip8 platform at the time the promotion is active, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple Accounts or through any other means constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account closure.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. evip8 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, and to close any Account, if we reasonably determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including: placing wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms; or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. evip8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, existing wagering requirement obligations will continue to apply on the terms in effect at the time of claim.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All wagers placed on the evip8 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. evip8 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its discretion.

6.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event that a Wager is accepted at an obviously incorrect price — whether due to a system error, data feed failure, or human error — evip8 reserves the right to void the relevant Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. This applies to all betting markets including sports, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws.

6.3 Sportsbook — Void and Abandoned Events. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement purposes under the applicable sport-specific rules, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) legs affected by voids will be treated in accordance with the published sportsbook rules.

6.4 Live Betting. Live in-play wagers are accepted electronically and are binding when confirmed by the evip8 system. evip8 accepts no responsibility for network latency, connectivity issues, or any delay in the transmission of live odds data that may affect the timing or price at which a live Wager is accepted.

6.5 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the evip8 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are supplied by licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

6.6 Maximum Winnings. evip8 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single Wager, game session, or within any 24-hour period. Any applicable maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market and form part of these Terms.

7.1 Player Welfare Commitment. evip8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We encourage all Players to set personal limits and to seek help immediately if gambling is causing financial, personal, or psychological harm.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling temporarily or permanently may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, evip8 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to your Account.

7.3 Deposit and Wager Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and maximum wager limits on their Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

8.1 You must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the evip8 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Account of another Player;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or place Wagers;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or undocumented features of the platform for financial gain;
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other criminal activity;
• Conducting any action that impairs the integrity, security, or availability of the evip8 platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing evip8 staff, customer support agents, or other Players.

8.2 Breach of this Clause 8 will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Account Balance, and may result in the reporting of the relevant conduct to applicable law enforcement authorities.

9.1 All content on the evip8 platform — including but not limited to the evip8 brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, software, game content supplied by third-party studios, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of evip8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 evip8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; or use the evip8 brand or trademarks without prior written consent.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of evip8's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evip8 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

10.2 evip8's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 evip8 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and notify Players of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10.4 You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. evip8 accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses incurred on the platform.

11.1 evip8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 evip8 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our platform. We do not store full payment card details and process all transactions through certified payment gateway partners.

11.3 evip8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. 12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which evip8 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, you agree to first contact evip8 customer support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. evip8 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute within 14 business days of receiving written notice.

12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

12.4 Indonesian Players. evip8 acknowledges that it serves Players resident in Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the platform complies with applicable Indonesian law. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and evip8 strongly recommends that you seek independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

13.1 evip8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, evip8 will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least seven calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the evip8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

13.3 The current version of these Terms, together with the date they were last updated, is always accessible on this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
